ASN Recreational Gymnastics offers a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment for children aged 5+ with additional support needs. Sessions focus on fun, movement, and confidence-building, with activities adapted to suit each child’s individual abilities. This class is suitable for children with a range of additional support needs and neurodivergent profiles, including (but not limited to) Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, sensory processing differences, dyspraxia / Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD), learning disabilities, social, emotional, and communication needs, and anxiety-related needs. Adult participation is required for the first class to allow our coaches to get to know your child better and ensure they feel safe and supported. If, after the first class, your child is comfortable and able to be left independently, we will happily support this; however, if additional support is needed, ongoing parent/carer participation may be required.
