Home Education Class
These weekly, one-hour sessions would give children the opportunity to get active, build confidence and develop a wide range of physical skills in a fun and supportive environment.
Sessions would include energetic warm-ups, stretching, movement games, obstacle courses and activity circuits using a variety of equipment. Activities would help children develop fitness, balance, strength, coordination, flexibility, body awareness, gross motor and fine motor skills while having fun and trying new challenges.
The sessions would be suitable for children with a range of interests and abilities — no previous gymnastics experience would be needed.
